Ja, abonnees hebben inderdaad een mail gehad waarin staat dat je voorlopig het park maar 1x per maand mag bezoeken.

Euh, ik heb geen mail gehad, zelfs al is mijn abo geldig tot 31/12/2020.
Wel kan ik jouw tekst vinden op de Club Card website en is er bevestigd dat je als abonnementshouder weldegelijk een weekend mag komen, indien een hotel geboekt. Dat telt dan als 1x per maand.
Als je bvb een hotel van henzelf geboekt hebt zou de ingang gegarandeerd zijn, ook als niet abo houder. Dit laatste is wel nog niet 100% bevestigd. Ik wacht nog op antwoord op de gestuurde mail.

Due to the strict government regulations such as a heavy limiting of visitor numbers, unfortunately we are not in a position to grant you the usual unlimited access until further notice.

We are very sorry about that as we highly value you as guests and we hope to be able to continuously count on your outstanding loyalty. This is why we are glad to be able to offer you the following:

Option 1: We will automatically extend your Clubcard by the amount of days of government enforced closing as well as the days with limited capacity. This period will be added to your Clubcard membership. You will also have free access to Europa-Park once per month during the period of opening with limited capacity.

Book your tickets from 13.05.2020 via our online ticket shop only.

Please note that there are limited tickets available and we operate on a first come, first serve basis.

Option 2: We will refund your money. We will refund the money proportionately to the time left on your membership as well as the days Europa-Park was closed. If you decide to use this option, please email club@europapark.de

Clubcard members who have booked an overnight stay in one of our themed hotels or the Camp Resort will be able to access Europa-Park free of charge during their stay. Europa-Park Camping is excluded from this solution.

The purchase or extension of Clubcards is currently not possible.
